We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Returns Policy

We regrettably do not offer returns or exchanges due to the nature of the items. Since most of the items are fragile, they cannot be returned nor be exchanged. For products that are defective or damaged during shipping, we make sure that they will be taken cared of by our customer support so please contact us and we will work on reshipping your item/s.

For items that are damaged during shipping process, we offer free replacement with proof of damage.

Most parcels are arriving on time, but delays may be experienced. Our operations are being affected by very high numbers of COVID-19 cases in the community. COVID-19 related airline disruptions mean there are fewer flights available to transport parcels and this may cause longer delivery times.
